 Çukurova Holding acquisition of Kaplamin.

Investments for corrugated board production.

Corrugated Board Production started.

SCA became a minority shareholder .First partnership with an international company in Turkish corrugated board market.

1995

Some of shares quoted at BİST (İstanbul stock market).

2012

SCA Packaging transferred all of its shares to DS Smith which became a minority share holder.

2015

Cukurova Group, has purchased the shares of DS Smith.
